1. Civil conduct & mutual respect for others is foremost
2. Chess.com account registration required to play in all online tournaments
3. Each game will consist of 60 full minutes or until there's a winner / draw
4. 50% of earnings got to 1st place, 20% goes to Charity & 2nd & 10% goes to 3rd
5. All misconduct will be personally rectified by the Council of Three
